It's recommended to enjoy this blend either as koicha (thick matcha), usucha (thin matcha), or both. It's also mightily delicious as a latte - we like oat.

This one is much better than the original toasty blend. This has much more complex umami notes and boldness. This one also, gets a nice micro foam when whisked up. Only complaint is the 20g size since this one is so good.
